Decorated Meal Plnning Pages with Netra

Happy hump day !!! I hope this week has been wonderful for you all. So, far.
I have to say that I am enjoying keeping track of what I eat and how much exercises I get.
Here are a few pictures of my week so far
 I used the Simple Stories Alpha Stickers for the B L and D's. 


....don't worry next week I have some cards coming.
It just takes me ages to make cards LOL 
In the mean here is a smoothie that was on my plan to make and enjoy and I did. 

2 Frozen Banana's 
2 cups Frozen or fresh Preaches
2 cups cold water 
hand full of Ice. 
Blend. 
Enjoy!
