Special Hugs for You

Nancy Hill for The Rubber Buggy Design Team.  I love working with collections of coordinating paper, dies and stamp sets of the Heartfelt Creations collections.  The Rubber Buggy carries the Heartfelt Creations collections that went into my card.  The Rubber Buggy carries name-brand craft products and has wonderful customer service and nice fast delivery right to your door step.

Isn't the Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia collection of coordinating paper, dies and stamp sets gorgeous.  I stamped the Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia Bouquet stamp on white cardstock and used the Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Oval die set as the background of this stamp.  The bouquet was colored with colored pencils and Copic markers.  The Heartfelt Creations Classic Small Petunia flowers stamp was on white cardstock and inked with Ranger Archival Deep Purple before cutting out with the Heartfelt Creations Classic Small Petunia die set.

I just love the doves found in the Heartfelt Creations Dogwood collection.  This dove came from the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood and Dove stamp and Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood and Dove die set.  I used light blue Copic markers for the shadows on the dove.  The patterned paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Class Petunia Paper.

I applied the NUVO Crystal Drops Gloss White  in the center of the petunias and on the right top corner.  I added a May Arts 1 1/2" wide White ribbon tied into a bow and added a pearl/rhinestone slider buckle in the center of the bow.  I always use Scor-Tape to adhere ribbons to my cards.
Inside of Card:  Heartfelt Creations Class Petunia Paper was used as the background. Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Oval die  cut out with white cardstockHeartfelt Creations Wishes stamp set stamped in Ranger Black in.Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia Bouquet stamp in a purple but used as a watermark behind the sentiment.

Lemon Craft Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with a bunch of products from the Rubber Buggy Store.  Have you checked out the store lately?  It has so many wonderful new products.

I used the lovely Lemon Craft - Christmas Carols 6" x 6" paper pad for both cards this week.  There are some amazing papers in this collection, which is double sided!  Double sided papers give you a lot of choices!    The papers in this pack are quite versatile.   I chose to create a Christmas card along with a winter card.

I used a Prima Marketing Julie Nutting Doll Stamp for both cards, coloring them in Copic Markers.  I used shades of blue for my first card.  Love the wintery feel this gives to the card.  The stamped image was die cut using a Spellbinders oval die, and I first fussy cut her feet so they would remain intact.  Then she was mounted to a larger die for more dimension.

I used shades of green Copic Markers for this card to coordinate with the fabulous papers.  A touch of red set the Christmas tone.  I fussy cut her and added her to a Spellbinders die cut oval.

Magnolia Shaker Card

Hi it's Jennifer here with a Shaker card using 2 of the
LF Scalloped Rectangle Stackables to Create the Sweet Shaker.
I backed it using Maja Home For The Holidays paper and cut it
so you could see the Snowmen in the Snow. The stamp I used is
Magnolia Tilda With Little Rudolf.
I used Sequins in soft blues and clear. The 3D Craft Foam
is fabulous for creating Shaker Cards. The LF Winter Big Scripty Stamps
work well with the matching LF Winter Big Scripty Dies to
add a nice sentiment. I have used a mix of flowers. I have also
used this gorgeous Venise White Lace on it I glued, Sheer Box Pleat Blue
and Lace Pearl Centre.

I will have some pics of all my new goodies that just arrived.
Now I wonder what I will create next week.
so pop on over and take a look at all the new goodies in the shop
Here.

and more

Have a Great Week Crafting Everyone.

"Happy Birthday" card with lots of dies

Hi Bev here today. I am sharing a super fun card using lots of tutti and memory box dies, along with Blue Fern Studios paper and great paper colours. Lots of layers, with depth and dimension. This one I am giving to my Grand Daughter who just turned 20. OMG where does the time go?

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Dies: tutti word set Happy228 - word set Birthday 229 - Daisy Panel 192- Musical Stave 339, Memory Box Distressed Baptisia Collage 30044
Other: cardstock, Twine

Wasn't sure where this was going when it started but started with with some fun die cut pieces to start some layers mixed in with paper layers.

I put the layers together and when the music notes was jumping off the card I mated it with darker shade of blue. Re cut the lighter shade of "Happy Birthday" in the darker shade also. Now it looked right. Added some tied twine and the flowers and my card was done.

Heartfelt Creations Thank You shoe card

I just had a birthday party from wonderful friends and family who gave me beautiful flowers. I choose each of my friends favorite flowers and made flowers and a card to symbolize our friendship and thanks using the Heartfelt Creations collections starting with the Heartfelt Creations All Glammed Up shoe die and stamp set from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.

With this beautiful stamp set, I used the corner border stamp for the inside of the card and colored it with Copic markers.  I will write  my thank you note inside the card.

Heartfelt Creations Peacock Paisley paper, Heartfelt Creations Delightful Daisy die setHeartfelt Creations Daisy Stamp SetHeart Gold PrillsPoppy Stamp Theo Butterfly die

The finished shoe card measures 4 1/2" x 5 1/5" .  Inside of card, fold paper in half and die cut with part of the heel of the shoe about 1/4" off the fold line.  See next photo for sample.

I cut the front with Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose paper collection and cut off the heel and glued to the first page of the purple shoe.  Since the purple paper is light weight, I cut out another cream colored shoe to glue on the back of the card and cut part of the back of the shoe to match the fold line of the purple shoe so that the front of the card will fold easily.  See photo below

I can't wait to see the possibilities that you will create making a shoe card.  I really encourage you to purchase the entire coordinating Heartfelt Creations collections from
The Rubber Buggy.

Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

You're in my Thoughts

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with a bunch of products from the Rubber Buggy Store.  Have you checked out the store lately?  It has so many wonderful new products.

Today I'm using a variety of products from Prima Marketing, May Arts, and Wplus9.

I die cut an oval in the striped paper and stamped the phrase on the background.  Layers of pattern paper and cardstock was place don the panel and May Arts ribbon tied around the panel.

The backgrounds of both cards were created using the Prima Marketing Julie Nutting 6" x 6" Paper Pad.  Layers of pattern paper and cardstock were put together and placed on this card on an angle.  Before using Scrapbook Adhesives 3D foam squares to adhere the layers on the card, I wrapped one of the panels with twine.
