First Anniversary Card

Welcome back Rubber Buggy bloggers.  I am excited to share with you my son and daughter-in-laws first anniversary card.  I made this easel card that measures 6" square when folded.

I used the Heartfelt Creations Classic Wedding paper along with the gorgeous Heartfelt Creations Decorative Medallion die set.   I handmade the roses using the gorgeous LeCrea flower foam and Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose die set.  I cut out the leaves using gold metallic cardstock with this die set.  This time, I learned to use my fingers to shape the petals without using the iron since the petals were so small.  This card wouldn't be complete without the gorgeous Venise lace.
Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose die

I found an old wedding bouquet at a thrift store and cut some of the applique and pearl and used a hot glue gun to apply the applique and pearls on the back of the handmade roses.  I also added a coral feather behind the rose.

I cut out both of the Heartfelt Creations Decorative Medallion dies
with white cardstock and cut out  other background die with gold metallic cardstock. This die set included dies to cut a background behind the decorative dies.

I used an ole Spellbinder heart set for the picture and glued a string of pearls around it.  Tip:  The string of pearls are attached with two strings.  If you snip the outside string about ever other pearl, the string can be glued around the heart much better.
Other supplies:

Tim Holtz Idea-ology Baroque Frames

Graphic 45 Time to Flourish Stamp Set #2
Spellbinder Shape-ability Lace Heart Set

I hope I have inspired you to make your next anniversary or wedding card.  These products are available at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  My cards and projects are always posted on Saturday.  Keep watching and thank you so much for those wonderful comments as well as suggestions.

Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

Hello Sunshine using Blue Fern Studios In the Mood Collection

Hi ....it's Bev here today. Hope your having a great day. For The Rubber Buggy blog post today I am sharing a photo of my youngest Grand Daugher "Jules". She is growing up far too fast... so saving lots of photos of her to scrap to share memories. I am using Blue Fern Studios In the Mood Collection. The colouring is perfect with the photo.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: Blue Fern Studios In the Mood Collection
Flowers: Blue Fern Studios In the Moody Florals
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Distress Vintage Photo
Other: Creative Embellishments Chipboards, Flair Buttons, Stencil, Buttons, Thread, black pen

For this page I started by cutting the centre of the background piece out to save to use else where.

Cut and fit the next layer onto the background outer framed piece.

Using distress oxide and sponge finger dauber I stenciled in the upper right corner.

Add some smaller stenciling in lower outer edges.

I added print paper pennant to base the photo on.

I inked the chipboard accents ready to use for my page.

I added lace down the side of pennant. and added a finished chipboard accent.

In this section I put the title, a threaded button accent and flair buttons.

Here is a super fun section with chipboard, flowers and more chipboard with paper inserts.

Here are 2 photos for better viewing of the details.

Wild Rose Studio Mummy Fox and Baby

Nancy Hill for The Rubber Buggy Design Team here to share a card I made using a adorable Wild Rose Studio Mummy Fox and Baby clear stamp purchased from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.   I thought this image would make a lovely birthday card!

Wild Rose Studio Mummy Fox and Baby

The paper, frame and flowers are from the Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower paper, Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Oval die,  Heartfelt Creations Delightful Daisy die  and Heartfelt Creations Arianne flower die and stamp set.  Venise Lace was added behind the frame.  I used 1" Scor Pal Scor-Tape to adhere it to the card.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored the image with Colorfin Pan Pastels and cut it out with the oval die in the Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Oval die set.  It was framed it with the decorative die in this set and Scrapbook Adhesive 3D foam to adhere it to the card.

The flowers were colored with yellow Colorfin Pan Pastel and the center of the daisy, US Artquest Mini  Heart-Gold Prills were added.

I can't wait to see the possibilities that you will create making using the beautiful Wild Rose Studio Mummy Fox and Baby stamp on your cards or projects.  You can purchase these dies and supplies from The Rubber Buggy on-line store.

Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

Magnolia Shaker Card

Hi it's Jennifer here with a Shaker card using 2 of the
LF Scalloped Rectangle Stackables to Create the Sweet Shaker.
I backed it using Maja Home For The Holidays paper and cut it
so you could see the Snowmen in the Snow. The stamp I used is
Magnolia Tilda With Little Rudolf.
I used Sequins in soft blues and clear. The 3D Craft Foam
is fabulous for creating Shaker Cards. The LF Winter Big Scripty Stamps
work well with the matching LF Winter Big Scripty Dies to
add a nice sentiment. I have used a mix of flowers. I have also
used this gorgeous Venise White Lace on it I glued, Sheer Box Pleat Blue
and Lace Pearl Centre.

I will have some pics of all my new goodies that just arrived.
Now I wonder what I will create next week.
so pop on over and take a look at all the new goodies in the shop
Here.

and more

Have a Great Week Crafting Everyone.

Pointsettia Tilda as Christmas

Hi it's Jennifer here with my Tuesday's make.
I created a Christmas card using the same stamp
Pointsettia Tilda and dies  LF Large Stitched Circle ,
LF Small Stitched Circles and LF Fancy Scalloped Circles
that I used to make my Bumble Bee Card. So its a great idea to
take a look at your  Magnolia Christmas  Stamps to see if they
 are versatile for other occasions.

The Dohickey Dies I used are Heart Swirl, Slender Firs,
So Wrapper Merry Christmas,  Snowflake Kit. I also cut out
red Snowflakes and cut the the centre out to make centres for
the Snowklakes and then popped a Pearl in the centre.
The papers are the beautiful Maja Papers A Gift For You
these to are very versatile and can be used for all sorts of cards
I find I use them lots on Boys cards as the colours lend themselves
to them. I used a mix of flowers from the Wild Orchid Flowers range
and maybe a couple from another. The Lace I used are my two
favorites Lace Pearl Centre and Venise Lace. Also I used a
Doilie  in one of my layers on the card.
I have coloured up Marci with Copics
