.
Hi...Bev here today.... so it's the start of the new year and I am still going to share lots of xmas layouts with you. I just got my photos printed and am anxious to create using them... and I got amazing Christmas papers and accents to work with.

I am mixing up products from The Rubber Buggy with lots of fun challenges.at the SNS's New Beginnings Crop.  I am going to play along.... so this page is done using Sketch #97 and twist is to add some buttons.
I am using Simple Stories Simple Vintage Christmas Collection with lots of the matching accents all from The Rubber Buggy.
This page is Christmas Eve at mom's celebrating with family.

The next crop challenge is card sketch #75 and twist is to add sparkle which I did using sparkle cardstock layers. I am still using Simple Stories Simple Vintage Christmas Collection with lots of the matching accents. I also twisted the skctch to fit the paper. Stamping on the inside is done using my Tim Holtz platform. .. it makes stamping so much better and easier.

Stamping Bella Valentines Card Lucille Sends Her Love

Welcome back and Nancy, here, to share with you my Valentines card made with the adorable Stamping Bella - Lucille Sends Her Love.  This is a beautiful stamp that could be used with so many  other occasions such as birthdays, get well or thinking of you cards.  The Rubber Buggy on-line store has all of the wonderful name brand products and supplies for your cards and projects.

Stamping Bella - Lucille Sends Her Love

I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp her on white cardstock and  colored her with Copic Markers and used the NUVO Crystal Drops Silver Moondrops on the hearts.   When the
NUVO Silver Moondrops dries, it appears like glass crystals.
NUVO Crystal Drops Silver Moondrops
I actually and cut out the sentiment "Sending You Oodles of Love" in half and stamped it with a stamping platform tool with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and used an oval punch to cut out each saying. If you don't have a stamping platform tool and just use a stamp block, I would highly recommend investing in a stamping platform tool to get that right inked image before coloring it.   I used a black Copic Marker to ink the edges of each oval before gluing it onto the card.
Lawn Fawn Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Stackable Frame
I used the largest of the rectangles in the Lawn Fawn rectangle frame set and cut it out with pink cardstock.  I used the same die and cut it out with white cardstock and then cut the outside stitched edges and adhered with tape on the back to the pink frame before using the Beacon 3 n 1 Advanced glue to adhere it onto the card.
 Lemon Craft Sweet Secrets
I adhered the frame and image to the beautiful Lemon Craft Sweet Secrets paper.  Isn't this a gorgeous paper collection.  Make sure you check out the other gorgeous Lemon Craft Sweet Secret collections from The Rubber Buggy along with the papers for the embellishments that coordinate with the Sweet Secret collection.

I finished the card with Venice Lace, a plaid bow and the gorgeous Wild Orchid Craft Sweet Blossom and Wild Orchid Craft 15 mm pink roses.

I hope I have inspired you try out these products available at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  My cards and projects are always posted on Saturday.  Keep watching and thank you so much for those wonderful comments as well as suggestions.
Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

Mixed Media Card with Art Alchemy

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

Have you tried Prima Marketing collection of  Art Alchemy paints?   Sparks are metallic acrylic paints with a beautiful shimmer.  They are rich in color with a sparkly effect.

I've used the following colors to create the background for my card.
Mermaid Sparkle
Butterfly spells,
Fairy Wings,
Dragons Eye,
Magical Pond

Using Strathmore Watercolor Tablet,  I painted these colors sporadically across the paper.

Once I had the colors in place, I spritzed the paper with water to allow the colors to flow, then used a paper towel to dry the paper.

Cutting the panel to fit a card, I used Scor-Pal, to score 4 lines 1/4" apart starting at the bottom of the panel.

I used the Magnolia New Year's stamp, coloring her with Copic Markers.  She was die cut and added to the card atop a larger oval.  Cheers is from Lawn Fawn's Winter Sentiments.

Little Fish Gift Cards

Hi it's Jennifer here with some Male Gift Cards.
I used The Mini Stencil from Tim Holtz Set 3 that looks like bubbles and texture
pasted the whole sheet using the stencil. I let it dry and then used Blue Print Sketch,
Mermaid Lagoon, Peeled Paint and Evergreen Bough oxides all over the texture paste
randomely. I then gave it a little spray off water and did another layer.
I Coloured the fish using lots of bright Copics and stamped the sentiments
in the bottom right corner using the Misti to get them straight.
I also layered the Water Colour Paper on Navey Bazzill. With the  Fish have used
dimensionals to pop them up on the card.
