Forever Gorgeous

Hi everyone, Steph here today.

I recently got this awesome Prima stencil - Floral Rose #2.  Due to it's large size, it's perfect for canvases or scrapbook layouts.  However, I wanted to use it on a card.

Cutting white cardstock to 5" x 5", I placed the stencil so that I could add modeling paste on several words as well as the mesh that surrounded the roses.

Once dry, I added several colors of Ranger Distress Ink - Peeled Paint and Antique Linen over the card.  May Arts ribbon was wrapped around the panel and then adhered to the Bazzill Gumdrop card with foam adhesives for dimension.

You are My Anchor

Hi everyone, Steph here today using some awesome papers from Graphic 45 - By the Sea.  Love this collection with it's bright summery colors and attention to detail.

I used Bazzill Whirlypop cardstock for the base of my card, then added an assortment of papers from the By the Sea collection.

This sheet of 12 x 12 cut outs can be used as a sheet, or cut them apart and use them individually on your projects.

Seashore vacation layout

Hi everyone!

Pi here with another vacation layout using the Seashore collection.

I really wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous papers. So I fussy cut parts of the seashells from the paper to be able to layer underneath it. I also left the corner with all the flourishes and sentiments without any embellishment as I thought that it was an element in itself.

Products from the store:
Prima seashore 12x12 collection kit
12x12 chipboard seashore
Tickets and tags
Prima typewriters keys
Prima leaves
Enamel dots from Prima brads
Distress tool

Summer - Beach Rules

Hi everyone, Steph here today.

It's the middle of summer here in New York and beach rules do apply.  So pull out those beach themed papers from Graphic 45 and start creating.

I have used this By the Sea collection for many projects and had some left over pieces I couldn't bare to throw away so I used them for this card.  Each strip was cut to fit blue cardstock that was cut to fit the red card.  Several cut outs were used for the front of the card and May Arts Sheer ribbon was tied between them.

Hello everyone,

It's Gina here popping in to share my weekly inspiration card. Sadly this will be my last inspirational posting, but I will be sharing my card for this months challenge later this week.

This week I have made an easel card which is my favourite style of  card and coloured up a beautiful Saturated Canary stamp called 'Honey'. I have used Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils to colour her. Just peeping out at the top is a pretty Paper Doily. As always I have used my favourite papers, Maja and chose the Vintage Spring Collection, 5th May. The flowers are a mixture of Chrysanthemums, Roses and Rose Buds and the Ivy and Vintage Grass are by Magnolia. The Ribbon is Cream Grossgrain and the Lace is Crocheted Cream Lace. Skinny mini album

Hi everyone!

Pi here and I have a mini album for you. This week I'll show you the cover and next week you'll see the inside.

The construction of the album is super simple. It's made of 2 sheets of cardstock 8,5 x 11.
1. Score at 1,5"; 5,25"; 5,75" and 9,5" on both of the sheets along the 11"-side.
2. Glue the 2 sheets together, I have also added some brads along the spine to secure that they wont come apart.
3. The 1,5" flaps on the side can either be folded in and glued like pockets or
4. Make 3,75"x8,5" inserts to glue at the flaps as extra pages.
5. Mat the pages throughout the album
6. Embellish and make inserts for the album

Products from the store:
