The stamp is Tilly with Flowers from Wild Rose Studio and he was colored with Tim Holtz Distress Markers and then fussy cut.  The paper is from Annabelle's Garden.  I tied  some May Arts ribbon was tied around the card and a sentiment from Prima Marketing was tied to the knot.
