Tea With Tilda

Hello Everyone,

This is my last post for The Rubber Buggy. I would like to thank Kellie for allowing me to be a part of her team. I've enjoyed making all the cards to showcase her merchandise.

I used Joyful Tilda for this card and made it VERY SPRINGY! :)  The majority of the flowers came from Micheals, as did the bling.

Party Hardy - Saturated Canary - Farewell card from Jas

Hey Everyone,
Today is my last post for The Rubber Buggy :( I enjoyed each card that I made and really thankful to Kellie for giving me this opportunity (Thanks, Kellie). To all the DT members continue having fun creating and to the new DT members welcome and enjoy your term.

Ok, so onto my card I used the adorable Party Hardy from Saturated Canary rubber stamps. I colored the image with copics and then added sparkles on her dress. I used some of my scraps patterned paper to create this background and used some dies to create all the shapes that you see in this card. Then I added some Nylon net, Wild Orchid crafts flowers, pearl trim and then to finish it off I distressed all the edges using Jenni B. ink. I hope you like this card that I made :)

Just to show you how sprakly her dress is :)

Thanks for looking!
hugs,
Jas

Celebrate Tag

Good morning, Steph here again, and this time I've used   Happy New Year Tilda on a tag. Wouldn't she look great hanging from a birthday package?

I stamped her on Copic X-Press It Cardstock  with Memento Black Ink  then colored her with the following Copic Markers:
Perfect Primaries
Skin Tones

The tag is an office supply tag that I embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and lightly inked before adhering the cut out image.

Happy Prima easter

With easter coming up soon with chicken and eggs I got the splendid idea to show you how to make a wonderful card with Prima's Almanac collection. I love the colours of this collection, but have not yet become a fan of the roosters and chickens. But now I got the perfect occasion to show them:)

Here I have layered and fussy cut elements from the 6x6 paper pad. I've mixed some pastel green & yellow in order to make it more eastery.

Products you can find in the store:
Prima paper pad 6x6
Ribbon
Paper flowers
Scor tape

Birthday Girl

Hello,

Here again with the Joyful Tilda image. I inked her up with Copics and then cut her out. I cut the "Birthday Girl" out on my Cricut using the Storybook cartridge. The flowers are a wide variety and the paper is some old My Mind's Eye. I then added Stickles to some of the embellishments.

Party Hardy - Saturated Canary

Hey Everyone,
It's time for me once again to post at The Rubber Buggy and sorry for my late post. I finished this pocket tags/card last night and I couldn't get a good picture. So here I am sharing this card that I created using the Saturated Canary (Ellie's birthday). I colored her with copics and fussy cut the image. I used the Kaisercraft paper (Bonjour). Of course I can't live without embellishments like Wild Orchid Crafts, pompom trims, rhinestones, nylon net, and ribbons. Also, have to used some of my dies as usual. I hope you all like this pocket card/tags. I decided to just make tags and this is versatile you can add anything you like inside the pocket.

St Patrick's day greetings!!!

So St Patrick's Day is coming and there's a call for shamrocks, pots of gold and bearded little men in tall hats:) And green of course!!!

St Patrick's is relatively low key in Sweden, but like Halloween we're getting there - any cause to celebrate is worth cheering for, am I right!

This week I feature G45 Place in time - love this paper, you will find something for every occasion, all year round in this paper!

I also wanted to show how easily collections of G45 can be mixed. My main element on this card is from the March cut apart, place in time. The background how ever is Olde curiosity shoppe - I didn't embellish it very much in order for you to see it clearly. The checkered background paper is G45, place in time, November cut apart reverse side.

Also from G45, place in time is the cardstock sticker "St Patrick's day greetings" and the chipboard flower. The ribbon, lace and twine has been coloured to match the G45 green.

Products found in the store:
G45 paper, Place in time 12x12
Scor tape
Lace and ribbon
Paper flower
Buttons

Don't forget to stop by our challenge blog tomorrow:)

Delightfully Cute

I inked up Cocco with Present with Copics. I believe she was intentionally meant to be a Christmas image, but this just shows you you can be versatile with so many of the images. The papers are from waaaay back (My Mind's Eye)-trying to clean out some of my stash. I sometimes have a habit of saving the cute stuff. Dumb, I know! It measures 6x6. The flowers are from a variety of places.

Things can only get better!!

Hi everyone, Steph here again and I was thrilled to find this stamp in the store.  It's a Mo Manning stamp entitled  Toby is Two. Wouldn't this be an awesome card to give to someone who is having a bit of a rough time with a child or grandchild?   Just think of all the fun things you could do with it.

I created an easel card using Spellbinders Grand Calibre Labels One dies.

Toby was stamped with Memento Ink on  Copic X-Press It cardstock,  and colored with  Copic Markers:
Copic Markers,
Copic Markers
Copic Markers.

The included sentiment says that "things can only get better.

Bubbling Tilda

I have a new favourite stamp from Magnolia=D
This bubbling Tilda is from 2010 fairy collection, didn't I say I was the last one to find out - LOL!

I used a lot of layers on this card, I was going for shabby chic, but I'm not sure I understand the concept... If anyone would take the time to explain it to me I would greatly appreciate that. I'm sure there are more to it than is shown on my card.

Flower Clusters

I always love flower clusters on cards but sometimes I get a little bit discourage with the composition. One time it took me 3 hours just to figure out what cluster of flowers work for my card. But as I did more, I gotten to find my groove and now it's easier to cluster them together just like I did on this card below.

I colored this Tilda With Heart Lace with Copics and I also added a gingham ribbon, lace and pear strings. Hope you like it! Make sure you visit The Rubber Buggy for more scrap and cardmaking supplies!
