Spring Recital layout & card share

Hi everyone I have two crafty projects to share with you today.

The first one is a 12 x 12 layout of my daughter at her Spring Piano recital from last year.  The Rubber Buggy products I used were the My Favorite Things Dienamics die called Doily Die in the yellow doilies you see under the photos on the layout as well as the card corners.  I also used Wild Orchid Crafts cherry blossoms in the card in light blue.

I did these for a challenge and I had to use pink, mint green and yellow and I loved working with those colors it was so yummy and cotton candy colored I enjoyed every minute of working with these spring brights.  Hopefully spring will be around the corner soon!

Hip Hip Hooray!

Good morning everyone, Steph here today with a fun birthday card  using Kaisercraft stamps and lots of Tim Holtz Distress Inks.

I began by embossing the pattern paper and inking over it with Distress Inks in Spiced Marmalade and Rusty Hinge.  On the tag I stamped the Hip Hip stamp from Kaisercraft and inked the edges with Vintage Photo.

I used the Decorative Pieces Stamps from Kaisercraft, stamping them on white cardstock in assorted colors of Distress Inks.

These stamps may be small, but they are fun to create with.

Hi everyone!

Pi here.
With mother's day coming up I wanted to make a LO of an old photo from just Mother's day.

I've used a mix of products from the store. The Magnolia paper is fabulous on it's own, but I stamped some Magnolia Love background and added some cracks with Kaierscraft clear stamp and the paper took a whole new dimension.

background stamps.

Tag Time

Good morning Steph here today with a tag I made using assorted Tim Holtz products.

The tag was cut from cream cardstock and then randomly stamped with assorted images.  Distress Inks in Tea Dye, Barn Door and Broken China were added around the tag.    I painted a doily with Copper paint and added die cuts on top and behind the doily.  The bird cage was cut from cardstock, inked with Tea Dye Distress Ink and then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.

May Arts sheer white ribbon was inked with Barn Door Distress ink and tied to the top of the tag.

My Favorite Tag

Hey everyone! Indah here and I want to show you a tag I made. This is one using the Prima Doll stamps. Have you seen the new ones in store? They are all so gorgeous!

For this tag I used Mixed Media Doll Stamp #2 by Julie Nutting from Prima. I stamped her to linen-textured cardstock then colored it lightly with my colored pencils. I then paper pieced her dress and headband.

Welcome new baby card

Hi everyone it's Kelly here.  I have a card share today that includes a message for my cousin and her new baby boy.  We are having a shower for her soon and I wanted to make her a card so I included some paper and a die from the Rubber Buggy.

The paper I used was Authentique traditions, it is a christmas paper pad but worked very well for this card with beautiful blues.  The die was a MFT die called doily dies and worked great as a background for the stickers I wanted to use for this card.  I hope you like it!

DIY pocket scrapbooking set

Hi everyone!

Pi here again
Today I'm here showing you how you can make your own pocket scrapbooking cards.
You might have seen my other post on this subject (HERE and HERE) or if you're like me you cut up your 6x6 paper pads.

Well, now I have another angle on the matter :)
The scrap (2x6) piece will with a littte bit of help make a wonderful accent on a simple background. Here I used a die cut shape from Spellbinders. I also made a see through shape in one of the cards.
The rubber buggy also has stamps for both background and sentiments, here I have used both from Kaisercraft. I've also put a belly band from G45 cut-apart sheet. I hope you find some of this useful. I will mix both of these techniques in my pocketed scrapbooking using this for journaling and background for large photos and use previous tech for filler cards.

Example of products from the store that you can use:
Cardstock
6x6 paper pad (used on this post Prima marketing divine)
Washi tape (love my tape red/green/yellow stripe)
Stamps (dream big & tiny dots)
Die cuts (spellbinders label one & MFT leafy flourish large)

Thanks for visiting!!!

Don't forget to pop by the store - Kellie has stocked lots of new goodies recently!!
