for my special "bud"

Hey Everyone,
I'm back with my post for The Rubber Buggy today. I made a card using Mo Manning stamps (for my special "bud"). I colored the image with copics and fussy cut it. I used kraft cardstock for the base and for the patterned paper I used A Christmas Story by magnolia paper (Striped cloth). Then cut the paper using my die to make it shaped like a fish tail. Then I added lace trim and clothes pin from my stash. I hope you like this card that I made.

Some of the products that I used you can find it here @ The Rubber Buggy store

Gift Tag

Morning everyone, Steph  here again, and today I've got a quick and easy tag for you to use to add to a gift bag.

This lovely Magnolia stamp was so much fun to color with Copics.  It's hard to tell, but I also added some Spica pen to the bubbly in her glass.

I really wanted to focus on the image so I embossed the tag with a simple Cuttlebug folder and lightly inked the edges with brown ink.   Then I added the image with foam adhesives for dimension.

Hi!
Pi here again:)
This week I went completly CAS and I used Edwin wants a hug as my image.

I made this card with only scrap paper and it came together so fast. Actually, the card it self came together in minutes and then I had to let the glue dry for the flatbacks I put on. I didn't even take time to colour my image with copics:)

Did you know that Kellis has stocked the store with both wild orchid crafts paper flowers and may art's ribbon? Check them out, coming soon!!

Party on

Good morning, Steph here with a fun Magnolia stamp that can be used for so many different cards.  She is just so versatile.

I used 3 different Magnolia papers

New England Stripe
Hanging Ornaments
Ice Princess

mixing and matching the fun colors and designs.  Then I colored Happy New Year Tilda with Copic Markers and added some Spica pen to her glass of bubbly to make it shine.

Some Chandelier Garland added a nice finishing touch to the right of the card.  I didn't add a sentiment because I'm deciding whether to use this card for a birthday or a girl's night out!!

Hi everyone:)

It's Pi here with yet another DT creation.
Did you know that besides all adorable Magnolia stamps and paper, Kellie also stock the Magnolia ink Magazine? This  is a magazine packed with inspiration, instructions and, occationally, a free stamp. This Tilda stamp with the super cute puppy as a gift came last winter.

The background is white cardstock distressed with vintage photo and stamped with a note stamp. On the right hand side I layered satin ribbon on top of some trim. For some bling I added a strip of bling mesh in brown. I blinged up a die cuts from MFT decorative doily duo, the bigger one with flat back pearls and layered spellbinder's lacey circles.

For embellishment I used a lot of paper flowers. I also have 2 clay roses, pearl spray and clear Magnolia chandelier garland. To top it off I added some metal charms. As usual, I coloured my stamped image with copic markers:)

Winter Skating Tilda

Hello hello everyone! It seems that winter is in full swing. Eventhough I live in a tropical country, but it can be pretty chilly here this time of year. So inspired by winter, I created this card using Winter Skating Tilda.

I colored this using Copic markers then added some Stickles glitter to the hat, bows and lace trims on her. What do you think? Do you like her? :)

Spring card with Tilda

Hi again everyone!

Here's a spring-like card just to remind us all what we're waiting for now that the season of Holiday has past.

I used Dancing queen Tilda I colored her with just normal color pencils that you can by in almost any store. The paper is from Prima songbird paperpad 6x6, I stamped branches with leaves in bundled sage distress ink. Also with prima stamp is the little bewinged bug stamped in adirondack butterscotch. On the left side is a double scalloped boarder from MFT in green and I finished it with I am roses S-10 flowers. The sentiment "fly away" is from Tim Holtz sticker pad chit chat.
To finish the card I glued a butterfly in chipboard from Prima.

Roses Are Red

Good Morning! Happy sleeping in day! ;)

I ventured way out of my comfort zone with today's card. I wasn't really in the mood to color *shocker,* so I decided I'd think out of the box. The verdict is still out on what I think about the card. I tried to make it look like a bouquet of flowers.

The red patterned paper came from The Rubber Buggy. Similar flowers can also be found there. Don't forget the challenge going on. Winner will receive a gift certificate to the store.

Celebrate

Good morning, Steph here with Little Tilda from the Little Christmas Collection.  I've used her a number of times for Christmas cards, but knew I could do so much more with her, so I thought I'd create a birthday card.

I embossed the background with the Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder, then added a large circle on top.  I colored her with Copic Markers and added a little glitter to her wings.

Iceskating Tilda

Hi again!
I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday:)

This will probably be the last wintery card you'll see in a while. But since it's still snowy outside in Sweden I could not help but be inspired for this card.

I used winter skating Tilda from Magnolia's special stamps and coloured her with copics of course:)
The paper I used are G45 Olde curiosity shoppe 8x8 which you can find in the Rubber Buggy store.
I also used "summer memories, Scandinavia map" (odd name, the map look quite wintry to me?) paper, but it's not stocked at the moment.

For embellishment I used lots of I am roses, which I stuck Martha Stewart ultrafine glitter in crystal and diamond stickles on. You also see some pine branches die cuts from Cheery Lynn. I also added some bling with an iridescent sprays with I cut apart and I added a rhinestone to the compass.

Sentiment die cut from Bo bunny's SNOWFALL noteworthy

Love U

I wanted to make a Valentine's Day card without overflowing it with hearts and red/pink. As good as my intentions are, I usually don't get them mailed and so therefore it could be used as an anniversary/spouse birthday/new love/etc card. The majority of the time I like to make my cards more general themed because I can use them for more than one occasion. I just build up my stash and run to it when needed. Sounds good in theory, right?! :)
I chose to use Magnolia's Sister and Brother image. I've used it for Christmas before, as well.

Jenn
