Thank You Card #1

Hope you had a very good Christmas. After Christmas, I made Thank You cards.  I just love the Tutti Designs Swirling Thanks die now available at The Rubber Buggy.  I cut this die with white paper and colored it with Copic markers.
Tutti Designs Swirling Thanks

I always love to add flowers and ribbon/bow to each of my cards.
Blue Fern Studio - Sweet Heart has this gorgeous paper with a printed ribbon on the side and I just added a seam binding bow that almost matches this colored ribbon.

Blue Fern Studio - Sweet Heart
Heartfelt Creations flowers are so much fun to make.  I used the Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose and Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose dies and stamps and colored the roses and leaves with Copic Markers but first I stamped the flowers in dark pink before using lighter Copic pink markers.

My favorite butterfly die is the Poppy Stamp Theo Butterfly.   I added NUVO Crystal Drops Oyster Gray on the center of the butterfly, center of one rose and  each little flower on the Tutti Designs Swirling Thanks die cut.  Take a closer look at the NUVO Crystal Drops Oyster Gray dots- very gorgeous!!!

Graphic 45 Christmas Candy Pouches

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with some sweet Christmas candy pouches I created for family and friends.

You can create two pouches from a single sheet of 12" x 12" cardstock.  Using Bazzill Licorice cardstock, I cut it 6" x 12" then used my Scor-Pal to score each piece at 5" and 7".  Rotating the cardstock, I scored at 1" and 5".

Fold on the scored lines.  Create triangular folds in the bottom.  Add Scor-Tape as shown.

Fold to create the pouches.

Decorate the front with assorted papers from the Graphic 45 Twelve Days of Christmas collection.

Using Spellbinders dies, die cut elements from the patters papers and mat with larger die cuts.

Wrap Lawn Fawn Trimmings around the front panels before adhering to the pouches.  Then punch holes in the top and tie with twine.  Add a stamped sentiment to the front from Stamping Bella's Paisley has a Prezzie.

Place assorted candies inside and you've created a perfect sweet treat for someone special.

Thank you for visiting.

Flower Power Quick and Easy Card

Hi it's Jennifer here with a nice quick and easy
card because that is just what you need at this time of year
with so much happening.  So I have used the
and layered the LF Licorice Cardstock under it and then
the white base.  The Sentiment is LF Scripty For You
in the Licorice Cardstock. The Flowers are from the
LF Flower Power Die Set I have used white cardstock
and coloured them using Distress Ink Pads
in the colours of Festive Berries, Scattered Straw,
Spiced Marmalade and Shabby Shutters I used
3D Foam Squares on all the flowers and leaves.
The background I have used the Ranger Mister Bottle
and Tim Holtz Water Brush to apply the background.
on the flower centres I have used the
Wink of Stella Clear to give them sparkle and then
coated it in Ranger Glossy Accents for a lovely gloss.
I didn't have time to do the For You but am going
 to do that the same.

Hope you enjoyed this one.

Merry Christmas from our home to yours

HO HO HO... MERRY CHRISTMAS from our family to yours. May all things wonderful fill your day and year to come.
Hi Bev here today. This project is perfect for today.... it's memories saved of my xmas celebration with family and some of my favourite xmas decorations from our home.
Also I am multi tasking 2 amazing DT using The Rubber Buggy Photoplay Holiday Cheer paper collection and fabulous chipboard from Creative Embellishments.

Supply List:
Chipboards: Creative Embellishments Merry Christmas, A Very Merry Christmas, Star Doodles Frames
Mixed Media: The Rubber Buggy Nuvo Glimmer paste, stickles, glossy accents, Tim Holtz mini pads
Punch: Just Imagine Crafts Kreaxions

For this page I cut strips to do the top and bottom borders.... lots of red in print and cardstock. I also used the poinsettia  Kreaxions punch for the top border while the fall away piece is used on the bottom border.

I now lay things out to estimate placement of photos and accents.

Next up is is treating the chipboards from Creative Embellishments.  Using inks, Nuvo glimmer paste and finishing with some stickles and glossy accents.

Each piece just a bit different but a great combo together.

With the proposed position of everything I now go back to the background and add some sparkle and glitter using my newest Nuvo glimmer paste.

In the close ups now we will see more details. Some photos are double matted with a print and cardstock for layers and colours. We can also see the background work along with the added sticker accents.

This section shows the fabulous star chipboard all glittered up.

More accents and stickled chipboard.

Super family page with great accents, stickers and some background sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by.... and have a safe and happy holiday and see you in the New Year.

Merry Christmas

I hope your family and you will have a Very Merry Christmas.

Hopefully, you gave Santa your list after checking out all of the gorgeous supplies, dies, and stamps at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  Don't forget the wonderful tools like the Misti-My Sweet Petunia stamp tools that come in different sizes.  If you never had the Misti stamp tool and Santa gave you one, you will ask yourself
"WHY DIDN'T ASK SANTA A LONG TIME AGO FOR THIS!!!"

I struggled with stamps and ink until I got the Misti Stamp Tool.  No mistakes or light stamping now!!!

I made this card using the gorgeous Tattered Lace Essential Book die set.  I just got die set last month from
The Rubber Buggy, and retailers struggle getting this die from Tattered Lace since it is in high demand.  I would suggest getting it now before The Rubber Buggy is out of this die set.   Just look at all of the dies in this set and the different sizes of books you could make along with the very adorable book marker dies.

Both of the saying and the picture of the little girl with the umbrella are from the beautiful
Pion Design-Images from the Past-The Night Before Christmas II.
The gorgeous green patterned paper is from the
Heartfelt Creation-Snow Kissed Collection

I added the NUVO-Glitter Paste-Moonstone to this photo.  Doesn't this glitter paste look so much like snow.  Also, I like how this same glitter lights up the trees behind the girl.

I love making my flowers and I used the Memory Box-Holiday Poinsettia die.  I added Copic Marker Green/Yellow to the poinsettia and added NUVO-Golden Sunset to the center.

For those who have been following my postings every Saturday, I have been using the Heartfelt Creations Celebrate the Season Gift Wrapped Stamp Set on almost all of my Christmas cards.  Isn't this gorgeous and I love the sentiments.
