Neighborhood Heart Frame Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here to share some sweet cards using the Memory Box Neighborhood Heart Frame as the focal point of my cards.

I die cut the pieces from Bazzill Lollipop Cardstock and Candy Bar Cardstock.  Then I matted them on papers from Dress My Crafts' Whispering Love collection.

Next, I matted the panels with Bazzill Licorice Twist and Candy Bar cardstock and placed them atop layers from the Lemoncraft Delicious paper pad.  I also created cards from the same cardstock. .

Inside the cards I adhered some additional Lemoncraft papers.  In the corners I added coordinating die cut ovals onto which I  stamped a phrase from a Penny Black stamp set using Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Ink.

Magnolia Cool Santa Card

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

Create a card from Bazzill Gumdrop cardstock using the Scor-Pal or Scor-Buddy.

Using the Magnolia Stamps Cool Santa, I stamped him on  Lawn Fawn White Cardstock with Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Ink.  Then I colored him with Copic Markers.  Next, I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Stackables to die cut Santa, giving him a decorative edge.

Santa was inked with Lawn Fawn Walnut Ink and matted with Lawn Fawn Sticky Note Cardstock.   I added Nuvo Crystal Drops - Oyster Gray - along his hat, cuffs and jacket for a 3d effect.

A floral sheet from the LemonCraft Christmas Carols 6" x 6" paper pad was added to the card.  Another paper from this collection was die cut and added to the card.  Once Santa was dry, he was added to the card.

Finally, Merry Christmas from Lawn Fawn Winter Sentiments was stamped on white cardstock and added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Friendship Blooms from the heart

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

I love mixing products together, don't you?

I stamped the Heartfelt Creations Small Peonies on Lemon Craft Yesterday 6" x 6" paper pad, then used the coordinating Heartfelt Creations Small Peonies dies.  Next, I used the Heartfelt Creations Flower Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit to form the flowers.  These tools help make the flowers very realistic.

My card began with Bazzill Peppermint cardstock.  After scoring with Scor-Pal, I used Spellbinders dies to die cut an oval in the front around which I added a larger die cut scalloped border.  Then I added the flowers I created above along the side.  For more dimension, I also stamped and die cut leaves from the same set, inserting them about the flowers.

Inside, I placed a sheet of music paper from Lemon Craft Yesterday 6" x 6" paper pad so it peeked through the opening.  Friendship Blooms from Art Impression's Watercolor Sentiments stamp set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink so it peeked from behind the flowers.

Finally I added Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower centers.

Enjoy Every Moment

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

This amazing flower set is from 49andMarket - Valerie's Enjoy Every Moment - and it is lovely!

I began by stamping the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white cardstock, then coloring it with Copic Markers.  Since I wanted the flower to be dimensional, I restamped the flower twice more and colored them again with Copic Markers.  Next, I cut apart the flowers and used the Heartfelt Creations Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit to form the flowers.  Then I simply glued them together in the center.  Finally I matted the flower panel with Bazzill Licorice Twist cardstock.

The card was created from Bazzill Licorice Twist cardstock and scored with my Scor-Pal to create a top folding card.  Next, pattern paper from Lemon Craft's Yesterday paper pad was added to the card. The floral panel was then added to the card.

I added Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower center.  The individual words were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on scraps of the background paper, matted with cardstock and added to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

My next card uses the same lovely stamp set from 49andMarket - Valerie's Enjoy Every Moment.  I stamped the image twice and colored them with Copic Markers.  Next, I fussy cut one entire image and then just the flower from the second image.

I created the card from Bazzill Candy Bar cardstock, scoring it with my Scor-Pal to create a top fold card. A panel from Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid Petite paper pad was matted with yellow cardstock.  On top, I added 2 die cut ovals, then adhered the flowers with a large brad before adding the panel to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

The individual words were stamped on white cardstock and matted with Bazzill Candy Bar cardstock before being added to the card.

Floral Birthday Cards with Heartfelt Creations

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

Using the Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia stamp set and coordinating die set, I created flowers and leaves from Lemon Craft Violet Silence paper collection.  The Heartfelt Creations Deluxe Flower Shaping kit was perfect for forming the flowers, giving them a more realistic look

I cut a panel of Lemon Craft to fit the card and inked the edges.  I die cut the center and placed another sheet behind the opening.  One of the sentiments from the Classic Petunia stamp set was stamped in the opening.  Pattern paper die cuts were added around the opening and the flowers and leaves were then adhered.  A second sentiment was added in the lower corner.

I created a second card using the left over paper from my first card.  Then I added die cut circles from the first card for the center of the card.  The Classic Rose die was used to create the vine behind the circles.  The extra flowers created above were then added around the circle, and the birthday sentiment added.

Finally, I added Tonic Studio Crystal Drops in the center of each flower.

Your Kindness spreads like sunshine

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

This amazing Wild Rose Studio stamp - Bunny and Butterfly - was colored with Copic Markers and then fussy cut.

I used Heartfelt Creations Sweet Peony stamps and dies to create the flowers, then used a stylus from the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit to form the flowers.

I used Beacon Adhesives to adhere the flower layers together.  Holding the center with the stylus while the glue dried will help them stay together as well as retain a flower shape.

I created a card from Bazzill cardstock, then used Lemon Craft's Violence Silence papers to create the layers.  I used Spellbinders dies to create the center panel.

Flower flowers and leaves were adhered in the corner and Nuvo Crystal Drops were added to their centers.  The sentiment is from Art Impressions - Watercolor Sentiment Stamp set.

Envelope Card with LemonCraft

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with adventure and travel on my mind.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

I've created an envelope card using some lovely Lemon Craft Violet Silence pattern paper.

Using Scor-Pal, cut 2 pieces of Bazzill Cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

Adhere the panels together with Scor-Tape creating a 3 panel card.

Cut the 2 outer panels on the diagonal.

Cut pattern paper to fit the front panels.  Adhere with Scor-Tape.

Adhere the flaps to the card using Scor-Tape.

Die cut Spellbinders dies to fit the front of the card.

Cut panel to fit the card and adhere pattern paper on top.  Using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, stamp a greeting from Wild Rose Studio Vivianna Greetings on the flat panel.  Finish by adding a phrase from Stamping Bella - Sunny is Stylish -  on the front of the card.

LemonCraft Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with a sweet something especially for you.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

I've used the LemonCraft paper line - Violet Silence Collection, a beautiful collection of colors and patterns.

For my first card, I placed Bazzill Gummy Bear cardstock on a card, then cut the violet layer to fit.  Then, I tore the rose paper and matted it with torn Gummy Bear cardstock before adding it to the card.

Using a sentiment from Art Impressions Watercolor Collection Sentiment Stamp set, I stamped it in Ranger Jet Black Ink then used Spellbinders Circle dies to die cut the sentiment and the larger circle.  Before adhering to the card with Scrapbook Adhesive Foam Squares, I punched a hole and added Lawn Fawn Twine.

I used papers from the same  collection -  Violet Silence Collection - for my next card, but used Spellbinders Oval dies rather than Circles dies.  Another sentiment from Art Impressions Watercolor Collection Sentiment Stamp set was stamped with Ranger Jet Black Ink.

Family Time using Lemon Craft Collection

Hi.... Bev here today. I hope you had a great weekend I know I did. Today at the Rubber Buggy I am sharing  this page with a photo of our family celebration. We all had a great time visiting, eating and catching up on all the goings on in everyone's lives.
For this page I added the bead border for glitter and shine along with glossy accent title and stickles on the flowers and leaves along with some fun ink stamping on background and edges.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: Lemoncraft Basic Paper collection
Glue: Beacon 3-in-1 Glue
Mediums: glossy accents, stickles
Ink: Tim Holtz mini distress ink
Flowers: Petaloo
Sketch: Sketches in Thyme
Other: Chipboards, Stamp, Flair button, lace, beads

I always start by pulling lots of possible layers and accents along with my photo.
For this one I was then cutting pieces and layers to follow the sketch. I inked the edges.

Here is my proposed layout ... so after removing things I stamped the background.

Some chipboards are inked.

I added some layers together and then added the lace border.

Things are coming together.

When things were together I added floral clusters and bead border.

I then went back and added the stickles for glitter to the flowers and the leaves.

Glossy accents added to title made it shine too.

and for an added bonus today .....here is another page using Lemon Craft with an added background piece from Blue Fern Studios

Thanks for stopping by. Be sure to visit the store for these products and so many more.
