Hi everyone!!
It´s Noe here on an unusual day for me (thanks Bev for covering my day ;) ... I don´t know if it happens to you like me ... but I always end up collecting a lot of scraps of papers and die-cuts from different collections ... What to do with them? Take some time observing, classify them by themes, colors or shapes and make your own "ephemera packs" to use in new projects !! Today I show you a simple summer card taking advantage of this type of remains that I am collecting!

- You are Here - Simple Stories 6x6 Paper Pad.
- St. Tropez Ephemera Pack.

Florida using Simple Stories from The Rubber Buggy
12:00 AM
Here is my page from the basic sketch with some changes as I created. I am using a Simple Stories You are Here Collection. It has been amazing to use doing all my Florida beachy pages. These photos are from when the family joined us after Christmas before the girls had to go back to school. We enjoyed our time together.
Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: Simple Stories You are Here Collection
Other: burlap, cork, paint, stencils, black pen, sew easy ink roller
Sketch: Beeceecreativity Bev Code
To start this page I cut circles ... the ring I set aside for a different page and the full circle I used for this page I am sharing today.
I started with a white background that I stenciled and smudges with colours from the collection. I cut a slanted border with coloured edge on the bottom. Through the centre I added burlap, strips and a palm tree print along with the circle and pulled my photos.
In the close ups you can view the details better. What a fun stenciled and smudged background. I added alpha letters around the circle and traced around them with black pen. More alpha used to share the date. Using the sew easy ink roller I edged around the circle.
Clustered stickers and some word strips fill this section.
Full view of word strips and when clustering I layer some to the surface flat and others are popped up for depth and dimension.
What a fabulous gray tone palm tree image. It is perfect on the side of the photos.
Here is the central section of my page with the accents and photos. What a fun day we had at the beach. It's great to share time with family.

Thanks for joining me the last couple of weeks while I shared my Simple Stories You are Here projects. See you again soon.

Hi.. it's Bev today at The Rubber Buggy. I am sharing projects this month using Simple Stories You are Here. What a great collection for vacation, holiday and beach photos. This is me all camped out ready for a day at the beach watching the family enjoy the day at the beach. Lots of shell collecting and swimming in the salt water.

To start this page I did some background work. I used ripped prints on more solid paper.
I stenciled using modeling paste in sections.
Then using a plastic bag over my hand I smudged more white texturing.
I then used same plastic bag smudging only used orange paint this time.
When I get this far I now pull photos and sometime mat one or all of them?
In these closeups you can view some of the added accents and even more accents from the collection. I added some burlap and cork to this section.
These collections have great shapes, flowers, images, alphas and I love the word strips too.
Clusters are a great accent on any page. To make it even more interesting layers some pieces flat to the page and pop up others. Here I popped up the one large flower forward for depth and dimension.
Here is another cluster added to title... it is layered, popped and mixed with stamping and cork accent.

To start this page I decided to split some of the amazing prints on the background.
I then cut a circular ring to base my photos on.
I die cut lots of flowers out of the papers in the collection so they would match and made the Heartfelt Creations Flowers using the shaping kit.
When working with collections they are fabulous because there are lots of words, shapes and image accents to choose from.
I added mats to the photos and more accents.
Metal brads, flowers, more accents and some pen inking was added for depth and texturing.

Be sure to visit the STORE to more these and more wonderful products. Thanks for visiting today and see you again soon.
