Hi  everyone, Steph Ackerman here on this very cold Thursday. 

I've used Stamping bella's Paisley has a Pressie and Kaisercraft's Clear Birthday Stamp.



The background was stamped with the Birthday stamps and Paisley was colored with Copic Markers before being fussy cut.


A tag was created with the Hip Hip Hooray Stamp and added to the card with 3D foam adhesives.  Sheer ribbon was added to the tag.
