Christmas is coming
Hi everyone!

Can you believe we're already in to mid august? What happend to summer? Where did the days go?
Anyway, time to look forward, instead of missing those days of sun. For me, next on the agenda is Christmas!!! I know, that there is a lot going on for the rest of you. But in Sweden, neither Halloween or Thanksgiving is big. Well, that depends... Halloween is upcoming, what kids don't jump on an opportunity to celebrate a weekend of dressing up and getting free candy - sugar rush!
I'm sure I will embrace that weekend soon enough, but as my son is not known to sugar yet, I think I'll wait. So Christmas... my favorite time of the year!! Hoping for lots of snow this year!!!
Kellie has already started to fill the store with this years new releases. But I turned to last years goodies, that I yet haven't finished playing with.
I free based the shape of a Christmas wreath. Is that the word? I hope you get what I mean by the pictures. I used first and second stamping to create some depht and texture. I hope you understand which technique I mean by this picture. Where I have stamped the first impression and then stamped a second impression, without reinking my stamp.
After
I stamped all my items, branches, pinecones and holly berries. I added
some ice stickles to really make some of the decorations pop. The red
ribbon with the bell is from my stash, something I've probably saved
from some old packaging. The background with snowflakes is made with a
stamp from the same stamp set by Lawn Fawn and I've used embossing ink
to achieve a tone on tone look.
I hope you like Christmas, you'll be seeing a lot more Christmas project from me - wink, wink:)

I added a fabulous fun digital image which is copic coloured and was perfect with this photo and this paper collection.
In this close up you get a better view of the fun cut file from my friend Laura which is matted with a great print paper making it all girlie. The great chipboard border is copic coloured... and I used the quote only from the Stamp set.
Here is a close up with the title in misc chipboard copic coloured and some alpha letters, the doily behind the photo and the adorable and cute photo.

Celebrate Card!!
Hi everyone!!
Noe here in another sunny Friday to share a bit of inspiration!!
Today I show you a simple, easy and fast card ... To make it, just we need a few inks and one die !!
In another piece of cardstock blur the same inks again and cut the chosen word with a die. To give relief, cover it with clear embossing powder!
To draw circles on the bottom where we inked simply dipped the cotton swab in a little water and press it softly over the cardstock... Notice how the inks react !!

With a little masking tape, cover a strip of your cardstock, in the bottom blurs your Distress inks with the Blending Tool, and at the top using a cotton swab, paint colored circles!

I miss you
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here on this lovely Thursday with a sweet (and quick) card for you today.
The pattern paper is from Graphic 45's Home Sweet Home collection. A simple brown ribbon was tied around the panel to complete the card.

I'm using stamps and dies from Wplus9 Design Studio. I love that this little girl has a coordinating die - it makes it so much easier to create if you are not cutting all your elements. She was colored with Copic Markers prior to die cutting.

Mason Jar Tag with Netra
Hey everyone !
I hope you all are doing wonderful this week.
Today I decided to show you all some of my whipped body butter !
But then I had to add a little decor to the cute mason jar.
The Body Butter is only equal parts of Shae Butter and Coconut Oil.
Using an electric cake mixer I whipped it up ! I love this stuff.
Then I took it to my craft room and created a super little tag using
embellishments from The Rubber Buggy Store.
So fun to make and quick.

A day in the life using Lawn Fawn

Did you know a lot of the products can be used for pocketed scrapbooking?
I'm trying Ali Edwards concept of documenting an entire day in your life. You can find her approach to it HERE. I love her ideas for documenting and preserving memories and thought I give it a go. But I downsized it quite a bit.
I used Lawn Fawn's ink to watercolor with and made my own set of pocketed cards. The exception being my 4x6 card that I made from a Maja Design 6x6 paper. The rest is really easy peasy with such great products. I played some with Love you a latte and put some coffee cups next to a photo of our breakfast. With the alpha stamp & die set from Lawn Fawn I can put together whatever sentiment I wish to. But there are great sentiments in the set from Wplus9 aswell. I used the sentiments "Thanks a bunch" for the teeth marks I got in my finger and "You are such a blessing" for night time.

Scrabble Tiles, Sunburst tips along with amazing Products
Hi Bev here today. Welcome to The Rubber Buggy. I am using the great Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics Collection along with lost of other fabulous Rubber Buggy products
Today's page highlights a fun Scrabble Tile title and a Sunburst background which I will share some tips and links to make your own too.
This is my sketch used today at the Turtle Soup that I used for the project above.
Today's video shares tips on making your own Scrabble piece titles and also some info on Sunburst backgrounds. Hope you enjoy them both.
In the close ups you can view some of the details. Notice the machine stitching on only one edge of the sunburst rays. In the upper corner is a stamp that I stamped 2 times with different coloured inks to give it more depth and texture along with some gem stones and a fun sentiment accent.
Amazing Blue Fern Studios chippies coloured with copic markers is a fabulous and elegant embellishment to any project. I also matted the background with a doily.
The base of the photo uses papers, stamped image with gem stone accents and a fun bow tied twine accent.
The title is the super fun and easy print scrabble tiles and the sunburst background gives depth and texture. Be sure to watch the video so you too can create using scrabble tiles and sunbursts.
