October is my favorite month. It starts the most wonderful time 

of year. I have decided to track how disciplined I can be. 

Bullet Journals are great for keeping track of things. 

I am tracking my water intake, how many miles I walk, skin care ect. 

I kept it simple with a little bit of have painted elements, like the fall leaf and coffee cup. I love the Tropical Watercolors by Prima. They are actually great for fall colors too.

I used the Tuffed Stencil with Prima's color philosophy ink and a blending tool. 

This spread looks so cozy and warm. 

I have fallen in love with stencils. They are so easy to use and perfect for flat projects.
