Hello friends!  Debbie with you today sharing a card  featuring Graphic 45 Garden Goddess.   Mother's Day is right around the corner and I thought I'd give this to my mom.  I can't believe we are already this far into the year, these special days seem to be sneaking up on me!  Anyway I want to wish you all a Happy Mother's day!

I started with a coordinating card stock and die cut the opening with a a die from my stash.  I added a tag from the coordinating cardstock die cuts.  I tied the front of the card together with  a piece of twine and added the tag.

    Mothers Day Card Featuring LemonCraft

Hello friends!  Debbie with you today sharing a new card that can be used for any occasion, I'll be using this one for Mother's Day.  All you need to do is add your sentiment to the inside and you're set to go.
I made this card from the gorgeous collection by LemonCraft Grow Old With Me Collection, available in the Rubber Buggy store.  I also used the Vintage Time Butterflies as the coordinated perfectly.  This collection is so elegant and beautiful!

This card is perfect for almost any occasion, weddings  and you never know when you may need a sympathy card.  It has a ton of dimension and  I added a few flowers from my stash as well as a twine bow.

Thanks for taking a peek and for stopping by the Rubber Buggy blog today!

Lemon Craft Sense and Sensibility Birthday Card

Welcome back and Nancy, here.  I am excited to share a birthday card made for my granddaughter made with the beautiful Lemon Craft Sense and Sensibility paper collection.  Check out all of the top name-brand paper collections and products to make your project or card at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.

I cut out the front of the card with a rectangle frame die and sprinted some water on the edges on the back of the paper for that tattered worn out appearance.  Again, I  used my finger nails on the edges to wear out more of the edges to give it the tattered look before lightly sponging on some Tim Holtz Distress Tattered Rose ink colored cream on the edges for the old vintage appearance.  I used my sewing machine and sewed the top layer to the cut out Lemon Craft patterned paper that was cut out with a larger rectangle frame die.  I used my finger to smear the chipboard with Prima Marketing Vintage Silk Metallique Wax.

I copied the sentiment on Word and printed it out and cut it out with a circle die.  I used the
Beacon 3-in-1 Advanced glue to adhere the chipboard and sentiment onto the card. Before I added the flowers, I cut out some cheese cloth and glued on the card before adding the handmade flowers.

I handmade the flowers with LeCrea Design Flower foam and adhered the flowers on the card with a hot glue gun and added a handmade coral colored bow.     I cut out the leaves using the Heartfelt Creations Leafy Accent die set and edged the leaves with a darker green before molding and shaping the leaves and gluing behind the flowers.

Samples of this gorgeous two-sided paper in the Lemon Craft Sense and Sensibility paper collection.  I used the left top corner below for this card.
I hope I have inspired you try out these products available at The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  My cards and projects are always posted on Saturday.  Keep watching and thank you so much for those wonderful comments as well as suggestions.
    Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

    You Brighten My Day

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

To create the background for this card, I used Rhubarb Crumble Nuvo Crystal Drops.  I must confess that my bottle exploded and I had a huge blob of Nuvo Drops on my craft table.  Rather than throw  it away, I picked up a paint brush, added a little water and used the Nuvo Drops like paint.

I found the blob went quite far, so I kept painting assorted scraps of paper until all the Nuvo Drops were used.  Now I have a nice collection of papers for upcoming projects.

Using the die cut oval panel, I placed it atop a panel of Bazzill Taffy cardstock.  I also added a scalloped border around the die cut center.  Selecting one of the rose stamps from Penny Black, I colored it with Copic Markers, then fussy cut it.  The rose was placed off center with Scrapbook Adhesives 3D Foam Squares.

A sentiment from Art Impressions' Watercolor Stamp Set was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink then matted with a scrap of the painted cardstock and placed on the card with Scrapbook Adhesives 3D Foam Squares.

Next time you find yourself with a crafting "issue", think of ways you can use it to your advantage!
