Have you seen this beauty yet?  This is a rubber stamp from Carabelle Studio and is perfect for the front of a card.  She was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, then colored with Copic Markers.  To add color around the image, I used Peacock Feathers Ink with an art dauber.

The panel was then matted with Jawbreaker cardstock and placed on a card created from Lollipop cardstock.
