Ciao Bella Stenciled Cards
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with lots of fun products from the store.
The Cia Bella Fern Stencil measures 5" x 8" and is perfect to use as a background for your projects.
Using the Ranger Ink Blending Tool, I inked the stencil with Distress Oxide Ink in Bundled Sage and Mowed Lawn.
Once the first panel was inked, I flipped over the stencil, and, using a baby wipe, inked up a 2nd panel. This process creates a negative, watercolor effect.
Next, I took several tags from the Scrapaholics - Chipboard - ExploreTag Set, and inked with Distress Oxide Ink.
Wrapping May Arts Sheer Celery Ribbon lengthwise around one panel, I tied the tag to the ribbon with Baker's Twine.
I wrapped the same ribbon horizontally around the second panel, also tying the tag to the ribbon with Baker's Twine.
The panels were added to cards created from Echo Park - Let's Go Camping cardstock. The panels were added to the cards with EK Success 3D Dots for dimension.

Thinking of you cards
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with 2 very different cards using the same products.

I started with a Donna Downey Stencil. As I only wanted to use the bottom half, I placed the stencil on white cardstock and masked off the top.
Using assorted colors of Dylusions Ink Sprays, I spritzed the stencil. Overlapping the colors provides a wonderful color scheme. This is the result. Since excess sprays remain on the stencil, I flipped it onto another sheet of cardstock, rubbing it onto the cardstock. A negative image is the result (sorry I forgot to take a picture).
I matted each panel with Bazzill Cardstock, then wrapped coordinating May Arts ribbon around each before adding to another layer of Bazzill Cardstock. Foam adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L provided dimension.
Using Spellbinders dies, I die cut 3 layers for the front of the reverse stenciled card. I've used Stamping Bella's Winnie Peaking Out of the Window, stamping the portion I wanted on the white oval using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Copic Markers were then used to color the image. I just wanted to cover the reversed words. Stamping Bella's Winnie Peaking Out of the Window also contains the sentiment used on both cards.
Next time you are working with stencils remember to flip them to get a secondary effect. Looking at this second generation card, you would never know the words behind the image were reversed would you?

Coffee and You.....
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here on this lovely Spring day.
Today I'm using the Heartfelt Creations Coffee Talk All Stacked Up Cling Stamp set. This fun stamp set contains two images and two phrases

The vertical stamps were colored with assorted Copic Markers, then fussy cut and added to Spellbinders die cut ovals with Scrapbook Adhesives 3D foam squares for dimension. One of the phrases was stamped on a left over scrap and added to the right hand side.

I used the Memory Box Drip Rings Stencil on white cardstock and inking with Ranger Distress Inks in Tea Dye and Walnut Stain using Ranger Ink Blending Tools. Using the horizontal cup stamp, I repeatedly stamped it in across the stenciled cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink creating a unique background.
The vertical stamps were colored with assorted Copic Markers, then fussy cut and added to Spellbinders die cut ovals with Scrapbook Adhesives 3D foam squares for dimension. One of the phrases was stamped on a left over scrap and added to the right hand side.

Miss You a Lot
Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here on this lovely Spring Thursday. It's a little dreary today, but the flowers are beginning to bloom!
Today I'm working with Aidan, a Julie Nutting stamp from Prima. Masculine cards can be a challenge but working with Aidan, you can create a fun and potentially whimsy card.
Aidan was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then fussy cut. He was lightly colored with Copic Markers before adding clothes using Graphic 45 papers. The sentiment is from WPlus9.

I began by using Wendy Vecchi embossing paste with Tim Holtz Splatter stencil to create some background texture on a panel of cardstock. I inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink then adhered the panel to the card.
Aidan was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then fussy cut. He was lightly colored with Copic Markers before adding clothes using Graphic 45 papers. The sentiment is from WPlus9.

Imagine using Pion Design, TCW Stencils and a sketch from Bev
Hi Bev here today with some multi tasking. I share my imagine Florida boat ride page from our visit with the eldest son and family. This is the eldest Grand Daughter of four. We had a great visit, did lots of swimming and some great exploring excursions. I used Pion Design Shoreline Treasures along with some great TCW stencils and Tim Holtz ranger mini pads and a sketch of mine from the Turtle Soup Forum.
