Rainbow style
11:30 PM
Hi everyone it's Kelly and it's Design Team Thursday for me again for The Rubber Buggy. This week I've done a project that is quite out of the box and it's a crazy hair saturated canary girl. You can find the Saturated Canary stamps over at The Rubber Buggy.com and try this out for yourself. This was actually one that I enlarged on my computer to make her stand out on the scrapbook page. I made a layout of my daughter's skating birthday party and I used this little gal because she is my fav and she has a special gift of flowers for the birthday girl so here is my project and again check out The Rubber Buggy for all the most amazing Saturated Canary stamps as well as many others.
Here is a closeup of the girl she is just adorable and I loved being crazy with her hair, I used stickles as well to get the most amazing glittery sparkle it turned out perfectly. Hope you like it, if you do leave a comment below and thanks so much for checking out my blog today! ~Kelly

Lacie was colored with assorted Copic Markers:
Bold Primaries
Skin Tones
and then cut out and placed atop Spellbinders die cut circles.

Saturated Canary 'Lillamor' in pretty lilacs by Deb.x
3:03 AM
Hi all & today I have a gorgeous card I made using my new Saturated Canary stamp 'Lilliana' & these drop dead gorgeous papers from the new Maja Design Vintage Spring collection.
Paper edges have been inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink using a blending tool, then stiched on the machine. I added 2 ripped sections so I could 'hide' lace underneath, loving this look at the mo!
I cut the stamped & coloured image out using the Spellbinders Floral Ovals die, I then die cut the shape from lilac Core'dinations Whitewash cardstock & layered the 2 together with cheese cloth underneath. The postcards are by LOTV I stamped in black ink from other Maja papers from the Vintage Spring collection & added under the image topper also on cheese cloth for a shabby feel. The top oval has Tim Holtz, LOTV & HOTP Postcard stamps in Shaded Lilac, Victorian Velvet & Pumice Stone, I then added shabby white Frantage & set with heat tool.
Distress Inks:
Skin - Tattered Rose, Vintage Photo & shading with Walnut Stain
Cheecks - Aged Mahogony mixed with Tattered Rose
Hair - Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Pants - Aged Mahogony & Tattered Rose
Sleeves, pants stripe & hair bow - Pumice Stone & Black Soot
Shoes - Shaded Lilac
Shading - Pumice Stone & Black Soot
Flowers are a mixture of Prima & Kort & Godt. Notice the postcards & Doo Hickey die tucked behind the image topper. Double bow tied in lovely white Stampin Up ribbon & set with white twine bow with Blue Moon silver heart charm.
Below shows the banner I made with one of the bottom strips from the Maja papers - I LOVE these strips!!! I cut out 1 sentiment with butterflies either side & trimmed ends into 'v' shape, I then shaped & added pearl brads in this lovely plum colour.
Suggestions for Rubber Buggy Products:
Saturated Canary 'Lilliana' stamp
Tim Holtz Distress Inks
Spellbinders Nestabilities Floral Ovals
Magnolia Doo Hickey Dies
Blue Moon Silver Heart Charms set
Flowers & Berries
Ribbon
Pearl Bead String

How I used my Hello Pastel scraps...Dt project
8:55 PM
Well it's that time again here at the Rubber Buggy, it's Kelly and I have a design team project for you. I was ill for quite some time and did not get a chance to color any images, and I ran out of copic paper for stamping so I thought what better time to dive into my scraps again and do another project on how I use my scraps and this time I've used some amazing scraps from the Paper line "Hello Pastel" by Prima; which you can purchase here at The Rubber Buggy.
1. I used a basic cardstock base.
2. Then I added a glittery mat as shown in a darker but similar
color. The paper line had quite a bit of the same hues, that
is why I chose that paper.
3. I then used a scallop circle die to cut out the shapes necessary
to create this entire scallop circle just using a variety of scrap
papers. You could use any die that has a framed image.
4. I then added a few paper flowers from the "Hello Pastel"
collection; only because I cant' do anything without using
flowers, hee hee.
5. Then I added the "Growing Memories" title and did a little
white gel pen stitching and there you go, super easy and fun
using your scraps project.
I hope you like this project if you do, leave a comment below and tell me how you like to use up all your scraps!

Hi everyone, Steph here today and I'm loving this sweet Magnolia stamp - Tilda with Flower Pot.
I used Graphic 45's French Country 6" x 6" paper pad. I love the mix of pattern papers and solids - so many options with this paper pad. I used a floral sheet for the base and a wordy sheet for the top, wrapping a piece of Celery Ribbon around the card where the 2 pattern papers met. Love the satin edging! Some Chandelier Garland was tied around the bow.

Magnolia Name-place Setting 'Princess Pea Tilda' by Deb.x
12:38 PM
Hi all, it's Saturday so my time to post here at The Rubber Buggy. This project is posted to my Craftrocks blog, however I've just opened a new blog 'My Pastel Euphoria' and would love some new followers!
Anyhow onto my project, today I've made a table place card, perfect for childrens parties, Christenings etc. I got the idea from the new Magnolia Ink magazine & based mine around this basic concept of using the Magnolia Doo Hickey So Wrapped die to create an mini-easel card blank. I then added a 2nd heart die cut to the top part of the card folded over as I really wanted to have the top label section. I added lace, cheesecloth & twine with silver heart charm by Blue moon.
Distress Inks:
Skin - Tattered Rose, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain
Cheeks - Aged Mahogony
Hair - Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Dress, Shoes & Bow - Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Papers are by Magnolia and have been inked around the edges in Antique Linen & Walnut Stain Distress Inks. Image is 'Princess Pea Tilda' from the new 'Once Upon a Time' collection and she has been coloured with Distress Inks. I made a clay lock & added lace for Tilda to sit against. Below is a bottle top I hammered & coated in Picket Fence Crackle Paint, I then added a punched circle also coated in Crackle Paint & finished with 2mm pearl string. I added a kraft banner with name stamped on & embellished with flowers & button - all sat on cheese cloth for an extra shabby effect!

Lil bit of Country with Graphic 45
8:54 PM
Hi everyone it's Kelly and I sat down with my Graphic 45 French Country stack to create this beautiful card that you see here today. There are only a few elements that did not come from the stack so it's amazing to me that you can do so many things with this paper line and a little creativity. You can find the paper and small embellishments here at The Rubber Buggy.
To create this you will need:
French Country stack + banners stickers set
Green lace & green lace flower tutorial with pearl center
Yellow accent flower
Black bling
Twine for banner at the top

Raindrops and Sunflowers
7:30 AM
Hi everyone, Steph here today and I'm loving this sweet stamp from Morehead Stamps - Raindrops. This is a new line of stamps in the Store and they are adorable!!! You need to check them out.
I stamped this little cutie on Copic X-Press It cardstock and colored her with an assortment of Copic Markers in
Pale Pastels
Skin Tones
Floral Favorites
I created a 5 1/2" square card from brown cardstock, then added papers from Prima's Londonerry paper pad.
I didn't add a sentiment because this card can be used for so many different reasons and I don't have a reason yet to send this card!
Thank you for visiting.

Lovely papers are by Maja Design, edges have been inked with Antique Linen & Walnut Stain Distress Inks using blending tool and sewn on the machine. I've added a few layers of blue & white Frantage around the image with Versa Mark ink pad & sert with heat tool.

Yummy for your Tummy Tilda & G45
9:49 PM
Hi everyone it's Kelly and I made a card front for a recipe card for my Thursday project share for The Rubber Buggy.com.. I used Yummy in the Tummy Tilda and instead of using copics on her I completely paper pieced the whole entire Tilda image. I used French Country papers from Graphic 45. I used a very flesh-tone paper for her skin and body, then I used a darker red color paper for the clothing. I only used 2 different colors on the whole stamp just from the papers but they really pop and give some interest don't' you think?

Magnolia tag with Graphic 45 elements
1:00 AM
Hi all!
Another terrific Tuesday and it's Pi here for today's post.
I haven't made a tag in what seems like forever.
I think I went a bit over board - LOL!
I started by stamping Magnolia chicken wire underneath the Magnolia paper rose ornament from once upon a time. This paper is so shabby that you could just use the paper, but for some reason I just can't help but to tear and tug it a bit more. The Magnolia paper is distressed with Tim Holtz weathered wood and the tag is distressed with vintage photo.
I stamped the post card from Graphic 45, french country, and distressed it with tattered rose, after tugging some in the corners and shaping it I just adhered it with some washi tape from Prima Divine. The little pocket is is stamped again with the Magnolia chicken wire and then with the bumble bee from Graphic 45, French country, same set as the post card.
After that it's flowers galore. I'm tucking flowers everywhere :)
Here I used I am roses paper flowers, but you can find similar flowers in the store from Wild Orchids Craft. They're exaclty the same, I 've been wondering too :)
In the midst I tuck some Magnolia vintage berries in ivory and on the top of the tag is just satin ribbons in different colours and widths. To create some movements I added a garment pin with a butterfly charm.
Finally, the back of the tag is really simple.
I stamped the back of the tag with Magnolia postage stamps and then I distressed a piece of "Scandinavian summer" paper with vintage photo. I then used another postage stamp from the same Magnolia set and stamped over both the tag and the layered paper in order to make it more coherent.
Products from the store:
Magnolia chicken wire rubber stamp
Magnolia paper 12x12 turqoise rose ornament
Distress ink
Graphic 45, french country, cling stamp set 3
Wild Orchid Craft paper flowers
Magnolia vintage berries
Butterfly charm
I had a blast making this tag - I could barely stop :)

LOTV Inspirational Sentiments card by Deb.x
7:54 AM
Hi there it's Deb here, it's Saturday so my time to post!
Today I have a card I made for LOTV to share with you, I used the Graphic 45 Once Upon a Time collection papers, they are so lovely but I've just ordered the newer Secerate Garden collection as there even more stunning & also available right here at The Rubber Buggy. Just click the Go Shopping tag & seach for Graphic 45 - alternatively I have put some handy product suggestion links at the bottom of the post.
I made the circular blank using my X-Cut system, paper edges have been inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. The sentiment is by LOTV 'Inspirational Sentiment' - it's such a great set, there is 5 stamps in total & each one is beautiful.
The sentiment is stamped on a Core'dinations Whitewash cardstock die cut circle. I added pink Frantage embossing powder and matted onto a Spellbinders Nestabilities scalloped circle.
The butterflies are made with a Martha Stewart Classic 3in1 butterfly punch. I layered 2 together and folded the wings for dimention. The tag is from the Graphic 45 collection, I added a shabby bow and vintage button.

Thank you card Graphic 45 French Country
11:23 PM
Hi everyone it's Kelly. Thanks for coming over to see my new project for this Thursday, I took everything from the new G45 collection "French Country". It's a really cool vintagey collection that was great for the look & feel I wanted for this very special thank you card I made for a friend. You can find it in the Rubber Buggy store and all the papers I used were fussy cut from that collection.
I did a basic layering then popped up the fussy cut sunflowers and added some of the carnations in the corner from the Rubber Buggy store as well. I like how it came out because it's going in the mail, I didn't want it too bulky and I didn't use any images because she is into very simple country and this collection was perfect just for her.

Happy Father's Day
6:00 AM
Good morning, Steph here today with a fun Father's Day card.
I created a 5 1/2" square card from blue cardstock, then added a sheet from Prima's Londonerry paper pad.
I stamped Edwin's Automobile on white cardstock, then created a mask of the car and stamped the Bildmalrna Mimosa Fence twice across the car. This masking technique really gives you new ways to use your stamps. I love how the car appears to be sitting in front of the fence.
I colored the images with the following Copic Markers:
Pale Pastels
Skin Tones
Floral Favorites
I cut out the colored image and added it to the background with foam adhesives for dimension.
